How can you lose weight in a week?
  • Drink a lot of water to get rid of unwanted weight which is actually water trapped within your body because you don't drink enough water daily. If you drink 2 litres of water or more daily, you will lose more accumulated water and speed up your metabolism.
  • Decrease the amount of decomposing matter and feces which you are carrying within yourself, which can weigh between six and nine pounds, or even more if you are overweight. With a regular intake of fiber from fruits and vegetables, at least one and a half grams or 1.5 oz d a i l y. It is not a fast process, so be prepared to be persistent and it will pay out!
  • Eliminate all beverages which are packed with calories and preservatives. Drink only water!
  • Don't eat white flower and sugary foods such as pasta, bread and candies.
  • Reduce your meal sizes and eat five to six times a day.
