Avocado and Salmon?


  • Take a big slab of salmon
  • Bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 3.50,3.75
  • Cut slices of ezekiel bread
  • Mash avocado and squeeze a little lemon into it and add a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Take a slice of bread, slap on the avocado spread
  • Add lettuce,tomatoes and if you like a little red onion
  • Take the salmon and mesh it up and spread it on the bread
  • Add a little pepper and make a sandwich
