Sandwiches - Sounds Boring?

...but wait!

This is a toast, avocado, egg, salt and ketchup super quick sandwich!


    EGG-cellent Breakfast Sandwich

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 pieces of bread (I used grain free, gluten free bread)
  • salsa or ketchup

  • Cha Cha Cha Chia Pudding

  • just under 1 cup of almond milk (chocolate or regular)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • stevia or sweetener to taste
  • *refrigerate overnight or minimum 2 hours

  • Peanut Butter Parfait

  • yogurt (Greek or dairy free coconut yogurt)
  • top with peanut butter or PB2
  • add coffee beans for an interesting taste hehe :)
  • chia seeds & coconut

  • Protein Pancakes

  • 3 egg whites
  • cinnamon
  • Perfect Fit Protein - Chocolate

  • 3 Tbs almond milk
  • blend everything together & cook like pancake
